Powerful Beyond Measure

I've heard this quote many times before, but I came across it again today and it hit me very profoundly. I'm not sure who to attribute it to (various internet sources credit Nelson Mandela, Marianne Williamson, and others), but I wanted to share. I liked it so much that I printed up a nice little Word doc of it and put it on the wall in my office. I hope you enjoy.

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.
Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.
It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us.
We ask ourselves: Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be?
YOU ARE A CHILD OF GOD.
We are all meant to shine, as children do.
We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It is not just in some of us; it is in everyone.
And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.

I've always loved that quote. It was once quoted in Conference, actually--sometime in the last five years or so--and if I remember correctly, it was originally by Marianne Williamson. Nelson Mandela did say it, but he was quoting her. =) Do you feel empowered now? YOU CAN DO IT!!
