Joshua's first talk

Joshua gave his first talk in Primary on Sunday (for those who aren't familiar with that, a "talk" is basically 1-2 minutes, with the subject being gospel-related, and Primary is the Sunday School that children ages 3-11 go to). I was one proud mommy! He had no fear, just got up there, showed his pictures, and repeated the words I whispered in his ear. He is one adorable kiddo and I think he made his daddy happy, too (it was Father's Day, after all!).

What a fun milestone. Hooray for Joshua. I bet he was adorable. I was surprised at first because Joshua and Madelyn are just a month apart and she is still in Nursery. I am a little jealous that Joshua is in primary all ready.

Awww! I didn't think he was old enough to gives talks! Wow! Anna also gave a talk this past Sunday. I had to bribe her to stay up an extra 30 minutes so she'd do a good job. This is because in the past she has hung her head, mumbled the words, and ran away from the pulpit - this time was much better! :D
